1. What Privé Is

Privé is a compensated social introduction platform. It connects two types of adult members:

• Gentlemen — members who discover profiles, send tips, and book introductions.
• Muses — members who set their own availability, rates, and terms for going on social dates.

The Platform provides the technology infrastructure for these introductions. Privé does not employ Muses, does not direct or supervise interactions, and is not a party to any arrangement made between users. Everything that happens between two users — before, during, or after an introduction — is their own independent decision.

Privé is strictly a social introduction service. The Platform does not facilitate, arrange, or condone the provision of sexual services of any kind. Any such conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

2. Eligibility

To use Privé, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited by any applicable law from using this type of platform
• Comply with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction

By registering, you confirm that all of the above apply to you. If we discover that any condition is not met, we may terminate your account immediately.

3. User Roles

3.1 Gentlemen

Gentlemen are members who interact with Muse profiles. A Gentleman may:

• Browse Muse profiles and premium content
• Send voluntary tips to Muses
• Unlock premium content shared by Muses
• Request and confirm social introductions (date bookings), subject to identity verification

Unverified Gentlemen may browse, tip, and unlock content, but may not request or confirm in-person dates until identity verification is complete.

3.2 Muses

Muses are members who make themselves available for compensated social introductions. A Muse may:

• Create a profile and upload content
• Set their own date rates, availability, and conditions
• Receive tips and reservation payments from Gentlemen
• Accept or decline any introduction request at their sole discretion

Muses may receive payments without prior verification, but must complete identity verification before withdrawing any funds from the Platform.

A Muse’s decision to accept a booking is always entirely voluntary. No booking, payment, or tip creates any obligation on the Muse beyond attending a social introduction if she has agreed to do so.

4. Identity Verification

Privé maintains a mandatory verification system to protect all members and uphold platform integrity.

• Gentlemen must complete identity verification before booking or confirming any in-person date.
• Muses must complete identity verification before withdrawing any funds from the Platform.

Verification may include submission of a government-issued identity document, a biometric selfie, and/or checks conducted by third-party compliance providers. Privé reserves the right to request verification at any time, restrict platform features pending verification, and suspend or terminate accounts that fail to verify.

5. Date Bookings & Rates

Muses set their own date rates independently. These rates represent the Muse’s compensation for her time and company at a social introduction — nothing more.

When a Gentleman books a date:

• A reservation fee is held on the Platform pending the Muse’s acceptance.
• The Muse may accept or decline the booking at her discretion.
• If accepted, the reservation amount is credited to the Muse’s Platform wallet upon completion.

A confirmed booking is an agreement to meet socially. It does not create any obligation for physical intimacy, romantic outcomes, or services beyond the agreed social introduction. Privé does not guarantee any particular outcome from any introduction.

6. Tips & Premium Content

Gentlemen may voluntarily send tips to Muses at any time, regardless of whether a date is booked. Tips are a form of appreciation and financial signalling — they do not create any obligation on the Muse.

Muses may offer premium content (photographs, videos, or other media) that Gentlemen can unlock for a set price. Premium content purchases are final and non-refundable once unlocked.

All tips and content payments are voluntary. No payment of any kind on Privé constitutes payment for sexual services or guarantees any particular interaction.

7. Wallets, Payments & Withdrawals

All payments on the Platform are processed by third-party payment providers. Privé is not a financial institution and does not hold funds on behalf of users beyond facilitating platform transactions.

Users may maintain a wallet balance within the Platform. Privé may:

• Hold funds pending completion of identity verification
• Delay withdrawals during fraud or chargeback investigations
• Suspend payouts where these Terms have been violated
• Freeze funds where there is suspected prohibited conduct

Users are solely responsible for declaring all income earned through the Platform to the South African Revenue Service (SARS) or any other applicable tax authority, and for paying all taxes due. Privé does not provide tax advice.

8. Independent Relationship

All users on Privé operate as independent individuals. Nothing in these Terms, and nothing arising from your use of the Platform, creates any relationship of:

• Employment
• Agency
• Partnership
• Joint venture
• Contractor or sub-contractor

Users are solely responsible for their own conduct, safety, legal compliance, and tax obligations.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Privé:

• Offering, soliciting, or agreeing to exchange money for sexual acts
• Promoting, advertising, or arranging prostitution or escorting
• Coercion, harassment, threats, or intimidation of any user
• Circumventing the Platform’s payment systems (e.g. arranging off-platform payments to avoid fees)
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Uploading or sharing illegal, non-consensual, or exploitative content
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban

Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any wallet balance associated with the violation, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law.

10. User Content

Users may upload photographs, videos, and other content to their profiles and as premium content. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all rights necessary to upload and share it on the Platform
• The content does not violate any applicable law
• No person depicted in the content is under the age of 18
• The content does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party

Privé reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion, without notice, and without liability.

11. In-Person Safety

Privé takes member safety seriously and has built active safety features directly into the Platform for all confirmed dates.

11.1 Live Location Monitoring

When a date is confirmed and marked active, Privé monitors the live location of participating users for the duration of the date. By confirming a date on the Platform, both users consent to live location tracking for safety purposes during that date window.

If a user does not enable live location sharing, the confirmed meeting address provided at the time of booking is recorded and retained by Privé for safety and accountability purposes. Location data collected during active dates is used solely for member safety and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Panic Button & Emergency Response

The Platform includes an in-app panic button available to all users during an active date. Activating the panic button triggers an immediate emergency response protocol, which may include alerting designated emergency contacts, notifying Privé’s safety team, and where necessary, escalating to emergency services.

We strongly encourage every user to familiarise themselves with the panic button feature before attending any introduction.

11.3 Additional Safety Guidance

In addition to the Platform’s built-in safety features, we encourage all users to:

• Enable live location sharing when prompted at the start of an active date
• Meet in a public place for initial introductions
• Inform a trusted person of your plans, meeting location, and expected return time
• Trust your instincts and leave immediately if any situation feels unsafe

While Privé provides meaningful safety infrastructure, these tools are a safeguard and not a substitute for personal judgment. Privé cannot guarantee your safety and is not liable for harm arising from in-person meetings. Use good judgment at all times.

12. Privacy & Discretion

Privé is built around discretion. Our platform architecture has been deliberately designed to protect the anonymity of Gentlemen and the privacy of all members. The following explains exactly how this works.

12.1 Gentleman Anonymity

Privé is designed so that Gentlemen may use the Platform in complete anonymity. Specifically:

• Gentleman profiles are limited to a profile picture only. Privé provides a curated library of generic avatars and profile images that Gentlemen may use in place of a personal photograph.
• Gentlemen are not required to use their real name on the Platform. A username or preferred alias is sufficient for all visible profile fields.
• Privé does not retain photographs submitted during identity verification beyond the verification process itself. Once identity is confirmed, verification images are deleted and not stored on the Platform.
• What Privé does retain is the verified government-issued information required to enable date bookings (such as identity number and date of birth). This information is held securely, is never displayed on the Platform, and is never shared with other users.

A Gentleman who chooses to use a Platform avatar, an alias, and who enables location sharing only during active dates may participate on Privé in full anonymity. This is by design.

12.2 Muse Profiles & the Privé Dashboard

Privé does not operate a traditional social timeline or public feed. There is no shared space where users can browse each other’s activity, see interactions, or view a scroll of content posted by other members.

Each Muse has a personal dashboard — a private, standalone profile that functions like a curated storefront. Gentlemen visit a Muse’s individual profile directly; they do not see other Gentlemen’s activity on that profile, and Muses do not see each other’s profiles or earnings. The Platform is structured so that every interaction is contained, private, and bilateral.

12.3 Messaging & Communication Controls

Direct messaging between a Gentleman and a Muse is only unlocked after a paid date booking is confirmed. There is no open messaging or unsolicited contact on Privé. This protects Muses from unwanted communication and ensures that every conversation is initiated within the context of a genuine, committed booking.

The Privé chat includes image and video sharing functionality. Once messaging is unlocked, users may exchange photographs and short video clips within the Platform’s chat. All content shared through the chat is subject to the User Content rules in Section 10, and must not include illegal, non-consensual, or exploitative material. Users retain responsibility for any content they choose to share.

Once messaging is unlocked, a Muse may, at her sole discretion, request or offer a video call to verify the Gentleman’s identity to her own satisfaction prior to their in-person introduction. Video calls are facilitated through the Platform and are entirely at the Muse’s election. A Gentleman may not demand a video call, and a Muse is never obligated to proceed with a booking on the basis of messaging or video interaction alone.

12.4 Disclosure of Information

Privé will not disclose any user’s personal or verified information to other users under any circumstances. We may disclose information to competent authorities only where required by South African law, to enforce these Terms, to investigate fraud, or to protect the safety of users.

Our full Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, retain, and protect your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. House Rules

13.1 What You Are Paying For

A date booking on Privé is a reservation of a Muse’s time and company for a social introduction. That is all it is, and that is all it has ever been.

No payment made on Privé — whether a date reservation fee, a tip, a premium content unlock, or any combination thereof — constitutes payment for, or creates any expectation of, sexual services, physical intimacy, or romantic outcomes of any kind. No amount of tipping changes this. No level of spend on the Platform entitles a Gentleman to anything beyond what was agreed: a social introduction.

We ask that every Gentleman approaching the Platform does so with this understanding fully in place. Privé is a space for high-quality social connection between interesting people. Members who use it with that spirit in mind will get the most from it. Members who do not will be removed from it.

13.2 Standards for Muses on Dates

When a Muse confirms a booking and attends an introduction, she is representing the Privé standard. A Gentleman has made a meaningful financial commitment for her time and company, and the experience she delivers matters — both to him and to the reputation of the Platform.

Muses are expected to:

• Arrive on time, presentable, and prepared to engage
• Be present, warm, and pleasant company for the duration of the agreed introduction
• Give the Gentleman a genuinely enjoyable social experience — attentive conversation, good energy, and real engagement
• Conduct themselves in a manner that reflects well on themselves and on Privé

Attending a date and being cold, disengaged, or dismissive is not consistent with the Privé standard and may result in account review. A Muse who repeatedly delivers a poor experience reflects poorly on the Platform and on her own reputation within it.

That said, a Muse’s safety always comes first. She retains the absolute right to end any introduction at any time if she feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or if the Gentleman’s conduct falls below what is appropriate. No contractual or reputational consideration overrides this. A Muse who leaves a date early for genuine safety reasons will be fully supported by Privé.

14. No Guarantees

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Privé makes no guarantees regarding:

• Matches
• The number or quality of introductions
• Whether any booking will result in a successful social meeting
• The character, identity, or conduct of any other user
• Earnings levels for Muses
• Compatibility or relationship outcomes

15. Suspension & Termination

Privé may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity
• Suspicious financial transactions
• Any conduct that, in Privé’s sole judgment, harms the Platform or its users

Termination may result in forfeiture of wallet funds where the termination arises from a Terms violation. Privé is not liable to you for any consequences of a lawful termination.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Privé and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• The conduct of any user on or off the Platform
• Any harm arising from an in-person introduction
• Financial loss, loss of earnings, or economic harm
• Emotional distress or reputational harm
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages

Your use of the Platform and any in-person meetings arranged through it are entirely at your own risk.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Privé, its directors, officers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your conduct towards other users
• Any third-party claims arising from your actions on or through the Platform

18. Amendments

Privé may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
